How does this work?

You sign up for the subscription and every month we will bill you $30 flat, and then ship you a package with your goods. You will need to setup a Paypal account if you don't already have one.

What will be in my subscription box?

It's a surprise! But every month, Nikki Steez of Buddha Belly will specially curate the goods to go inside. You will never have a repeat item! You are guaranteed at least one hoop every month-- valued anywhere from $30-40-- and some extra special offers/knick knacks every few months.

 

When will I get billed?

Your bill date will depend on when you first initiate the subscription, but it will generally be every 30 days.

 

When will my package ship?

Your package will ship on the first business day of every month after your bill date. For example, if you sign up on January 20th, expect your first package to ship on Wednesday, February 1st. If you subscribe within 5 business days of the next subscription, please allow an additional week for your package to ship.

 

What carrier do you use?

We ship all packages with USPS Priority Mail.

 

Do you ship internationally?

This subscription is for US domestic shipping only, but if you are interested in getting the subscription elsewhere, please email me at buddhabellyhoops@gmail.com so that I can help you calculate what additional shipping charges might be.

 

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime by logging into your Paypal account. More detailed instructions on how to cancel can be found here.

When does my subscription expire?

You will be billed every month until 6 months into your subscription. After that you will have to renew by subscribing again.

 

Are there any refunds?

No, we cannot offer refunds for this service, but we hope you will love your discounted hoops so much that you will never want one!
